Not only the pure yaku han but also dora and ura dora are counted.
Even if you win with 2 or more han on a 1-han restriction, the stacking for Himeko Tsuruta goes 1 han → 2 han.
8-13 han restrictions are pointless, so they are just for fun.

The ability activates only when Mile Shiromizu clears Reservation.
With luck the seat order can stay the same, so consecutive Reservation renchan is also possible.
The probability is 1/4?
The haipai is one that doubles the han, but even on a 3-han restriction a chinitsu haipai can come, so the hand may well extend all the way to a kazoe yakuman.
Also, unlike in the anime, this ability loses to Awai Oohoshi's Absolute Safe Zone.
It also seems to lose somewhat to Shizuno Takakamo's unneeded-tile draw ability, so its controlling power appears to be quite weak.
