Dangerous Tile Detection

Dangerous tile detection can fail because of other players' Intimidation and Resistance.

The failure rate also rises when Spirit runs out, and detection becomes impossible.

Intimidation has a higher success rate than Resistance at cancelling detection.

Luck

It is not known specifically how this value is involved,

but since it is officially described as strengthening other parameters,

it is unclear whether things like the ippatsu rate and the number of dora increase.

Poker Face

The character's expression changes in 4 stages depending on remaining Spirit ("Advantage → Normal → Disadvantage → Out of Spirit"), but

unlike other characters, Teru Miyanaga's expression hardly changes at all until she is out of Spirit.

Note: There is no official term for the "Out of Spirit" state, so it is written as "Out of Spirit" here for convenience.

Computer Characters in Zenkoku Matches

In Zenkoku matches, the computer players are limited to the schools that appear in the anime's national tournament arc (Kiyosumi, Himematsu, Eisui, Miyamori).

You can catch a glimpse of Entergram cutting corners.

Unneeded Tiles

Jun Inoue's, Kyouko Suehara's, and Sae Usuzawa's ability to make others draw unneeded tiles becomes an ability to make them draw dangerous tiles once another player reaches tenpai.

Chiitoitsu Adjustment…? (Kan Material)

For characters with a chiitoitsu adjustment in the haipai, pairs are stacked in as one set each, so occasionally the same tile ends up stacked as four of a kind, forming a kantsu.
